Google Jam - London 2010

Working again for Max WiFi I was tasked with deploying a small network for a Google “Jam” event held in Shoreditch Town Hall, London.

We were responsible for providing both wired and wireless connectivity for use by the various technology demos taking place as well as for the presenters demoing software on the Nexus One handset.

General public WiFi was also provided by us for the event.

Devices deployed were a Cisco Catalyst 3750 PoE Switch and a number of Cisco 1242AG series access points which were presenting both a 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz network for client access.

This network was proactively monitored throughout the event and performed exceptionally well.
